La trovate come sempre su NexusMod e, oltre ai protagonisti, include anche armi e vestiti provenienti dal gioco di Kojima. Per farlo funzionare, la mod Armorsmith Extended e poi selezionare gli oggetti che volete usare. La lista dei “vestiti” inclusi nella mod è la seguente:
